CAREERS

Build the systems that give people their week back.

We are a small team building AI automation that runs in production for agencies, corporates, and travel operators. The work is close to real users, the loops are short, and nobody here is more than one step from the customer.

WHY WORK WITH US

The mission is narrow on purpose.

Give operations teams back the hours the software was supposed to save them. That is the whole thing. Here is what working on it actually gets you.

IMPACT

Your work is in production in weeks

Engagements run two to four people and ship something usable every week. Nothing you build sits in a backlog waiting for a quarterly release train.

OWNERSHIP

You scope it, build it, and support it

The person who sits with the operations lead is the person who writes the code. No handoff to someone who has never seen the process.

RANGE

Client systems and our own products

Rotate between forward-deployed client work and the product line Control, Zippy, and Flow. Most people here do both in a year.

FLEXIBILITY

Remote-first, with real overlap hours

Work where you work best. We hold a fixed overlap window so nobody is decoding a thread at midnight, and we write things down.

CULTURE

How the week actually runs.

We are not going to tell you we are a family. Here are the specific practices instead, so you can judge them yourself.

HOW WE WORK

Written first, meetings second

Decisions land in a document before they land in a call. It keeps remote people equal and gives new joiners a real trail to read.

HOW WE REVIEW

Feedback in the week, not the quarter

Formal reviews happen twice a year, but nothing in them should be a surprise. If something is off, you hear it while it still matters.

HOW WE DISAGREE

Say it early, in the room

If automation is the wrong call for a client workflow, we expect whoever sees it to say so including to the person who sold it.

I shipped to a live client system in my third week. Terrifying at the time, but it is the reason I actually know how the stack works now.

The part I did not expect: sitting with an operations lead and watching them do the manual version of the job. You cannot design the automation without it.

I have worked remote before where remote meant left out. Here the decisions are in writing, so being three time zones away costs me nothing.

HIRING PROCESS

Four steps, about three weeks, no ghosting.

  1. 01
    30 MIN · WEEK 1

    Intro call

A conversation with the hiring manager about your work and ours. We share the compensation band here, before you invest any more time.

  2. 02
    60 MIN · WEEK 1–2

    Technical conversation

We walk through something you have actually built. No whiteboard algorithm puzzles and no take-home longer than two hours.

  3. 03
    90 MIN · WEEK 2

    Working session

A real problem from a real engagement, worked through together. It is the closest thing to the job we can do in an interview.

  4. 04
    WEEK 3

    Offer

A decision either way with written feedback, and an offer with the number we quoted at step one. From first call to offer is about three weeks.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

Commitments are cheap. These are the practices.

  • Job descriptions written against what the work needs, not a list of nice-to-haves that filters people out
  • No degree requirement on any engineering role
  • Interview accommodations available on request, with no explanation needed
